The Oenogenesis winery, located in the temperate climate of Drama and Kavala, produces wines such as Fegites, Deka, Thyrsus, Mataroa, and Skertso. The region’s Mediterranean climate, with mild, wet winters and warm summers, is shaped by the Pangaion Hills and the Aegean Sea breeze. The vines are cultivated organically on dry, stony, calcareous, and semi-clay soils, ensuring high-quality wine production through careful technique improvement.

At the event, winemaker Alexandros Tsalkos—second generation and son of Bakis Tsalkos, the founder of the winery—will also be present.
